CONDITIONS AND TERMS

RESERVATION POLICY

1. Reservations can be done by phone (time office: 9.00 to 13.00; 17.00 to 21.00) or e-mail.

2. Once the provisional reservation is made, a deposit must be paid in order to confirm the booking:

- up to three days: the deposit to be paid is the import of one night

- more than three days: the deposit to be paid is the 20% of the total amount.

   This must be done within 48 hours or you should call/reserve again.

3. A reservation code will be given to you (this number will be indicated as  "concept" in the TT)

4. A confirmation reservation will be sent to you via email or ordinary mail after receipt of the TT.

5. The rest will be paid at the arrival.

6. check-in time: 12h

    check-out time: 12h

CANCELLATION / "NO SHOWS" POLICY

1. Cancellations before 15 days of arrival: 50% of deposit is refundable.

2. Cancellations after 15 days of arrival: deposit is not refundable.
